Founded in 1967 by Peter Hiller, our brokerage has proudly served Stratford and surrounding communities for over five decades. Today, the tradition continues with Barb Hiller-Thibeault and her husband and business partner, Mark Thibeault, who co-own and operate Royal LePage Hiller Realty. Together, they lead a team of full-time Realtors who are passionate about delivering exceptional results for every client.

March 2025 marks Barb’s 22nd year in the real estate industry. Born and raised in Stratford, she has remained deeply connected to the community, raising her own family just a block from where she grew up. Barb currently serves as the Board Chair of the Stratford General Hospital Foundation and is actively involved in local initiatives. With a strong sense of family and a passion for real estate, Barb is dedicated to providing clients with thoughtful guidance and genuine care throughout every step of the real estate process.
Mark Thibeault
Celebrating 12 years in the industry as of 2025, Mark brings a wealth of experience in both urban and rural markets. Originally from the Lake Huron region, he has called Stratford home since 1996. In addition to residential real estate, Mark has extensive expertise in commercial leasing, as well as land and property acquisitions and dispositions. His strong market knowledge and strategic insight ensure clients receive expert representation, whether they’re buying, selling, or investing.
William (Will) Thibeault
Continuing the family legacy into its fourth generation, Will Thibeault joined the brokerage in Spring 2025. A graduate of King’s University College at Western University and Humber College’s Real Estate Salesperson Program, Will brings fresh energy and a deep-rooted understanding of the family business. He shares the Hiller commitment to client care and community connection.
